Black&White, probably made in 1920's? 1930's? was one of those packaged into 30 min sets and shown in 1950's on TV.
I assume it's an anti war or at least anti aggression cartoon. Animal characters in a woodsy setting go to war with each other - starts off darkly then when they start throwing bottles? bombs? grenades? at each other the bottles throw off light when they land and the whole thing ends up light, bright and cheery and they're all friends. It was one of my favs growing up during the Cold War and waiting for the world to end and I would love to find it again. Thanks for any leads.

Did it have sound? That would narrow down the decade at least.

no it was a black and white silent, one of those cartoons bundled and shown on Saturday morning TV in the 1950's
